Thank you for lighting a Beacon of Hope

You will receive a message from vigil@savingantiquities.org with a link to your personal candle page. Please invite someone else to light a virtual candle, join the SAFE Global Candlelight Vigil or host a vigil. Together, we will make a statement for our endangered cultural heritage.

The tragic looting of the Iraq Museum was an unthinkable heartbreak, but also an inspiration for the creation of SAFE. Sadly, the tragedy continues with the destruction of archaeological sites all around the country, to this very day.

Since 2003, SAFE has been working on a variety of programs and events to raise awareness about the dire need to protect our shared cultural heritage.
